Agents and owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. UrbanNest verifies properties but does not guarantee every statement in a listing.

Transactions

All sale and rental transactions happen directly between the parties. UrbanNest is not a party to any deal and is not liable for disputes between users.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account use.
